Payment: At the beginning of a project we will send a detailed quote, no work will commence until the quote has been approved and no charges will be added to the final price without the customers’ prior consent. Each stage of the project will require a deposit (details will be given fully in the quote). Work will not begin until this payment has cleared. On completion of work we require payment within 30 days of date of invoice. Payments can be made by U.K cheque, Bank transfer, BACS payment, Paypal or cash. Orders can be made over the phone, by email or post. The bespoke nature of our product and services means that prices can alter throughout the course of a project. Delivery: When your order has been approved and completed we will inform you of the estimated date of arrival for masks or start date for application will be given. We use royal mail for standard delivery options within the U.K. Any deliveries made outside of the U.K may be subject to specific customs regulations of the destination country. There may also be extra duty and tax charged by these countries. Your local customs office or on-line service will be able to give you details.
